How it all started… ✨

Every year in December, the Palais des Festivals in Cannes becomes the venue for the ILTM show, attracting visitors from around the world. It is a must-attend opportunity for travel specialists, with high-end buyers and local and international suppliers all present to network and create new partnership opportunities.

Native Spaces helps them find the perfect space for their event, drawing on our expertise in the Cannes market and our network of service providers.

Four Seasons came to us because of our knowledge of the market, both for the unusual venues and the quality service providers.

🌸 Why Four Seasons chose Native Spaces? 🌸

When Four Seasons approached us, they were looking for a venue for a marketing event during ILTM, and needed a space that could accommodate over 200 people and could be customised with a jungle and floral theme.

We offered them a selection of different options to suit their requirements, ranging from a completely empty space in an industrial style to modern villas or even a nightclub on the roof of the Palais. Native Spaces' support program and network of contacts and unique venues in Cannes made it the partner of choice to meet their needs.

💚 How did Native Spaces respond? 💚

The first venue chosen by the organiser before contacting us did not fit her project. Of the various venue options that our team presented to Four Seasons, their favourite was a villa that was a little different from what they had in mind. We quickly arranged a tour of a villa with two swimming pools, one on the roof, and an empty 250m² room that they could transform into an event space.

We also facilitated their interaction with the villa manager so they could answer questions from the Four Seasons marketing team and have a less stressful experience.

🎈 The magic of Native Spaces... 🎈

The Native Spaces team managed to find an unconventional venue. The villa served several purposes, housing the Four Seasons team, private service providers and hosting a press event with 50 journalists. Most importantly, it was hired to host the event that allowed them to showcase their brand with a flower-themed celebration. With the help of service providers, the venue was transformed into a paradise of pink flowers, creating an enchanting atmosphere throughout the villa.
