This two bedroom bright and spacious second floor apartment is in a fantastic location with great views over the Croisette, it is a ten minute walk to the Palais.

The living and dining room area have been divided with sliding doors. These can be opened making a spacious entertaining space, with both areas allowing in plenty of light and have doors leading out onto the balcony. The living room has two double sofas, coffee table and a large flat screen television. There is a dining table with six chairs.

The kitchen is well equipped with all necessities for your stay with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine and washing machine.

The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom can be set up as a double or twin bed set up. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, WC, bidet and wash hand basin.
