This event space is set over two floors; ground and first floor, in a Traditional apartment building. it is located on the Croisette between the Palais and the Grand Hotel, just a few minutes walk from the Palais.

It is a great space for entertaining. You enter the space through a gate in to the courtyard garden and up an imposting stair case to the ground floor. On this floor are two large reception rooms and a couple of other smaller rooms and a modern kitchen connecting rooms.

There is an internal staircase to the first floor where there are a further two large, bright and spacious rooms with feature fireplaces. Again there are a few more rooms to the rear including one set up with a bedroom and ensuite bathroom.

An interesting event space in a great location.

The second floor can also be added to increase the space and adding a further two bedrooms.
