1st floor :

- Bedroom 1 with 160cm double bed, en-suite bathroom: shower, bathtub, toilet, bidet. Flat screen TV. A large 40m2 terrace with a panoramic view of the garden/pool and the sea.

- Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds (or a 180cm bed), its bathroom with bathtub and en-suite toilet/bidet. Access to terrace with superb sea and swimming pool views.

- Bedroom 3 with 140cm double bed, its shower room with en-suite toilet. Flat screen TV and terrace access with superb sea and swimming pool views.

The size of bedroom 1 & 2 allows for additional beds or baby cots.

Independent SPA:

- Sauna and shower room, toilet, sink.

- Spacious covered terrace with: 1 large summer lounge facing the swimming pool with a table for 8-10 people, small kitchen with sink & hob, pizza & bread oven, barbecue, ping-pong.
