- non-smoking / non-vaping apartment. Smoking is permitted outdoors only (no gathering in front of the building door, possibility of smoking on the balconies).
- thank you for thinking about the neighborhood and respecting common areas.
- please respect and do not damage the space, furniture and equipment. Any loss or damage will result in a deduction from the deposit.

Flexible - Flexible: cancel more than 7 days prior to the event to get 50%* refund of the price (full booking amount) and more than 14 days prior to get a 90%* refund of the price
