This loft, very bright thanks to its double exposure on two top floors, is located in the heart of the Marais. Its brightness, its volumes, its calm, its decoration inspired by distant journeys from the four corners of the world, guarantee an event like no other. The place has kept the spirit of the “Marais workshop of yesteryear”. The "open space" area has a living room, a dining room that can accommodate up to 10 people at the table, an equipped kitchen, and access to a long balcony. The steel and wood staircase leads directly to the upper floor where there is an office and a white tiled bathroom. On one side, a view of all of Paris, on the other, a flowered terrace.
The space can accommodate a showroom, seminar, meeting, cocktail, press conference, filming.

Additional Information

Prices vary greatly, depending on the nature of the rental: photo shooting, cinema film photos, advertising film shooting, series film shooting, fashion showroom during or outside fashion week, product presentation, product launch, etc.
Prices are modulated according to the number of people present during the filming, the event, the project. Prices are flexible depending on the number of days rented.
High and low seasons are varied throughout the year depending on events; fashion weeks, Olympic Games, etc...
