Equipped with a large central bar, a dance floor, a sound and light system, a DJ booth, a screen and its video projector, arcade games, the interior is suitable for everyone types of events.
During the day - a conference, a product launch, a cocktail lunch, and in the evening - a show case, a private evening or an end-of-filming party for up to 500 people.
The first floor, accessible by a private staircase opening directly onto the Rooftop, is suitable for VIP events, breakfasts, press lunches, cocktail dinners and dance evenings, but also for your conferences, seated meals, product launches. When semi-privatized it can accommodate up to 150 people standing and 90 seated.

Enjoy its giant wood-fired barbecue, its beach of deckchairs and Fat-boys lounge, its cabin bar, its ice cream shack and its pétanque and Molky courts. Ideally positioned near the Saint-Denis canal, this terrace is perfect for hosting a garden party or a chic picnic. Four small lounges at the back of the terrace allow the organization of pétanque tournaments to delight your guests. The terrace can also accommodate groups of 70 to 250 people on a semi-private basis.
