This versatile café-restaurant is in the center of Marseille, close to the Old Port, La Major Cathedral and Rue de la République. Made up of a large, colorful room, with alcoves and exposed beams, it offers visitors a warm atmosphere. Equipped with an adjoining kitchen, it also offers other possibilities: install a gallery or a boutique area to transform it into a concept store, a very popular formula in the neighborhood. Seen from the outside, the space is discreet. The interior of the space can accommodate 100 people and the terrace 50 people.
The kitchen is extraction. Catering activity is possible but subject to already being a professional in the sector and being experienced in respecting the hygiene rules in force. We can then make our license available.
The spirit of the neighborhood: Not far from major tourist destinations, this space opens onto a small shaded square, in an area with the typical aesthetic of Mediterranean cities. On the route for tourists who have just left the Center de la Vieille Charité, it is home to many independent boutiques and businesses.
