Our charming Provencal farmhouse located in Paradou, surrounded by picturesque landscapes, lavender fields and olive groves, welcomes you for warm moments with family, friends or for teleworking. Orange fiber internet access and RJ45 sockets. Teleworking tested and adopted.

The farmhouse is 250 m² and can accommodate up to 10 people, fully air-conditioned/heated (wood stove + radiators).
In fine weather and outside in the fully enclosed garden: a teak table with its 10 armchairs under a plane tree, garden furniture, a large 12x4 salt pool, heated (in April, May, June, September and October) with automatic and secure shutter.
10 deckchairs, 3 parasols, buoys, giant mikado, Molki, pétanque balls are available.

- Secure indoor parking for 4 vehicles.
- Under the awning: 2 teak tables and chairs;
- A separate terrace with a small garden furniture under the pines;
- A fully secure pond;

Our farmhouse consists of:

On the ground floor: a very large, fully equipped kitchen with a central island: American fridge, dishwasher, kitchen piano, extractor hood, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, ground coffee maker , ice maker, this one open to the dining room.
- A welcoming double living room: 3 sofas, 2 armchairs, connected television, wood stove, where you will feel at home.
- A laundry room with washing machine, 2 tumble dryers, 2 vacuum cleaners, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, storage shelves.
- Guest WC.
- Printer available.
- Safe available.
- Books in French/English and many board games for young and old.

On the ground floor: a bedroom with a 160X200 bed and its bathroom (sink, walk-in shower and wall-hung toilet). Access to garden and swimming pool.

On the first floor, on the left, you will discover a master suite with a 180X200 bed and its bathroom (sink, walk-in shower and wall-hung toilet).
On the first floor on the right:
- 1 bedroom with a 160X200 bed and its bathroom (sink, walk-in shower and wall-hung toilet),
- 1 bedroom with a 140X190 bed
- 1 large bedroom with a 160X200 bed + shared bathroom (sink, walk-in shower and wall-mounted toilet)

Possibility of additional beds at extra cost.
Children's Special: Baby cook, dishes, Two baby beds / a travel cot / high chair / Bath + seat, potty, Chicco Hoopla baby deckchair will accommodate your children.
Household linen included: sheets, towels, pool towels, tablecloths and tea towels.

The green spaces are maintained by a specialized company and watered only in the evening and morning when temperatures are not high, in order to avoid evaporation.
The swimming pool is maintained by a specialized company every week (summer).
A table tennis table is available.
Selective sorting has been put in place.
Low consumption light bulbs have been installed. Fluid inertia radiators connected throughout the house, towel dryers in all shower rooms.

Various activities nearby: horse riding, golf (Manville area and Servanes golf course), cycling, mountain biking, hiking, yoga, running, trail running, etc.
The farmhouse is located 2 km from Maussane-les-Alpilles, 4 km from Les Baux de Provence, 9 km from Saint-Rémy de Provence, 3 km from Fontvieille, 19 km from Eygalières, 15 km from Arles and 23 km from the Avignon TGV station and 65 km from Marseille.
