The terrace area is furnished with furniture: deckchairs, sofas, tables and chairs; A pool house for more privacy with all its comfort: equipped kitchen - microwave hob, oven, fridge/freezer
Bathroom: sink, shower, WC, Dining room - tables and chairs
Private parking for 6 spaces; Adjoining parking with 20 spaces and, if necessary, more space 2 minutes away on foot.

A cleaning fee of €100 is obligatory.
But it is also obligatory to leave the place as clean as you found it and to respect the environment by not leaving any cigarette butts on the ground. Please also throw away the trash when you leave in the containers provided for this purpose outside the property.

Cancellation

Moderate - Moderate: cancel more than 14 days prior to event to get 50%* refund of the price (full booking amount) and more than 30 days prior to get a 90%* refund of the price
