Over an area of more than 1400 m², the club provides its members with spaces to express their full physical, physiological and mental potential: cardio-training, bodybuilding, guided and free weights, functional training, a range of group classes ( Yoga class, Pilates, HIIT, abs-glutes, fitball), Les Mills classes (Bodypump, Bodybalance, Bodycombat, Bodyattack), Group Cycle but also an aquatic part with swimming pool where we offer innovative aquapole classes, aquaboxing, aquatraining, in addition to traditional aquagym, aquabike, aquasculpt and aquapower classes.
State-certified coaches are at your complete disposal to program your training sessions according to your needs and support you in each of your sessions. Very personalized fitness assessments will be offered to you when you register and then at regular intervals to allow you to monitor your progress and your results. An effective and motivating program begins with self-discovery.
To end your session, a relaxation area with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi will allow you to relax and enjoy a moment of escape and pleasure.
