Private swimming pool rental with terrace and garden and terrace 15 minutes from Nice

Hello, the rental only concerns exteriors.
No room rental
The price is €30 excluding VAT per day per person, €15 for children aged 3 and over, free for younger children.
Minimum weekday price per reservation: 150 euros
Minimum price on weekends and public holidays per reservation: 250 euros
You have a fridge and a sink outside at your disposal.

Max 15 people (place at table), it is possible to have more in the form of a buffet (20 chairs available)
You have a covered shelter of 50m2 in case it rains.
The swimming pool is not heated.
A charcoal barbecue is available under the shelter, please bring your own charcoal and clean the BBQ after use.
It is possible that my little dog (who is nice) is in the garden

The rules :
- Children are obviously under the care of their parents for the entire duration of the rental
- Max 3 cars parked, there are free parking spaces less than 5 minutes away on foot (stadium and town hall)
- the music must not disturb the neighbors, background music only, large speakers prohibited.
- decoration authorized (balloons) if repaired upon your departure - party favors and bombs prohibited
- Please do not drive on the Japanese path

Cancellation

Flexible - Flexible: cancel more than 7 days prior to the event to get 50%* refund of the price (full booking amount) and more than 14 days prior to get a 90%* refund of the price
