💫 How It All Began 💫
MIPIM, the renowned Real Estate Congress, brings together industry professionals, investors, developers, and government representatives to discuss international real estate trends, investment opportunities, and challenges. It serves as a platform for networking, deal-making, and showcasing national real estate markets to attract foreign investment.
This year, the Greek government approached Native Spaces with a mission: to find 2 venues for their events.
🇬🇷 Why The Greek Government Chose Native Spaces? 🇬🇷
When the Greek Government contacted us they had already done some research online of different venues where they could host their events, however they wanted to have the opinion and help from someone that actually knew the area and its restaurants.
They were looking for a restaurant and a private beach where they could host 2 separate cocktails (one more formal and the other one more festive). Here they would showcase Greece's booming real estate market and investment opportunities, while embodying the essence of Greek hospitality and culture.
Additionally, communication was a bit complicated since they didn’t speak French. So having a native speaker helping them make everything a lot easier. Additionally, the team also went in person and took photos and videos for them so they could better understand the distribution of the space.
💚 Native Spaces' Response 💚
Hilda, the person in charge of organising these two events had some clear criteria of what she was looking for.
For their first event, the standing more formal cocktail, she was looking for a classy and professional restaurant that would serve Mediterranean food. It took a bit of time to find the perfect match, but she ended up choosing this chic restaurant next to la Croisette.
For their second event, she was also sure she wanted a private beach. Finding the space in this case was a lot easier and she was quickly convinced by this lovely space. Since this event was more festive they also asked us to help them find a DJ who could liven up the group, a photograph to capture this very nice evening and some hostesses to welcome the guests.

Hilda was thrilled with Native Spaces' impeccable recommendations and support during the whole process of organisation. Both events surpassed expectations, leaving a lasting impression on all attendees. They were happy to have found local support and they are already planning their presence for next year!
