💫 How It All Began 💫

The International Luxury Travel Market (ILTM) congress in Cannes, is the most prestigious luxury travel event in the world. It brings together leading travel professionals to connect, network, and explore new destinations and experiences. The event features a curated selection of premium destinations, hotels, and experiences, and it provides an opportunity to discover the latest trends and innovations in the industry.

In this context, Auberge Resorts, a luxury hospitality company with a portfolio of exquisite properties across the globe, approached Native Spaces with a captivating challenge: to find the perfect venues for three different events in Cannes during this congress. The first event called for an intimate private seated dinner for VIP guests, the second consisted on a networking cocktail, and the third would be a grand cocktail reception for more than 150 attendees.

Auberge Resorts had two main criteria in mind. Firstly, they wanted the venues to be conveniently located near Le Palais des Festivals, ensuring easy access for all attendees. Secondly, they were specifically looking for venues that served local Mediterranean food.

Hugo, the Customer Success Manager for Auberge Resorts, embarked on a meticulous search, choosing among our database a selection of venues that aligned with Auberge Resorts' vision for their events.

One of the members of the team (based in London) flew to Cannes and they visited all the different places on one day. None of the venues fitted her needs, however she went back to London knowing that she wanted to celebrate the big cocktail on a private beach.

She was relying a 100% on our team since she was only working with us. So, Hugo had to make a new selection of venues that could match her expectations. Since he had visited all the venues with her, he knew a lot more details about what was she hoping to find.

Finally, Auberge resorts chose two different spaces for their events: a restaurant and a private beach.

This restaurant specialised in seafood, resulted as the perfect option for both the VIP dinner and the networking cocktail. It has some spaces inside that can be privatised for private dinners or you can host bigger events on their dinning room. Both the location and the menu were perfect for the client.

To accommodate the grand cocktail reception for more than 150 attendees, Native Spaces presented this private beach. With its stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and located in la Croisette it became the ideal setting to promote Auberge Resort’s brand.

🎈 The Magic of Native Spaces 🎈

Auberge Resorts was delighted with Native Spaces' recommendations and the flawless execution of their events. All three events were successful, with guests captivated by the delicious cuisine and charming ambiance. As a special touch for their major branding event, they invited the professional Rome women's football team as special guests and organised activities centred around the theme of football.
