You will find below the conditions under which NATIVE SPACES manages:

  • The referencing of a listing on its site,
  • The removal of an ad from its site,
  • The classification of listings on its site.

1. Conditions for referencing

- Venue provider’s quality

The Venue provider is any natural or legal person who wishes to publish listings on the site for the purpose of offering space for rent.

The venue provider may be a:

  • consumer, understood as any natural person who acts for purposes that are not part of his professional activity,
  • professional, understood as any natural or legal person acting for purposes within the framework of his commercial, industrial, craft, liberal or agricultural activity, including when he is acting in the name or on behalf of another professional.

The venue provider having the status of a professional may be an estate agent representing the interests of the owner of the space put up for rent. Where applicable, he/she guarantees NATIVE SPACES that he/she is duly authorised by the owner to act in his/her name and on his/her behalf in the context of his/her use of the site.

- Procedures for publishing and referencing a listing on the site

The venue provider who wishes to publish an ad must respect the following rules:

  • faithfully reflect the space to be rented in its description, by providing a detailed and realistic account of the composition and condition of the space,
  • provide photographs that reflect the condition of the space in a realistic and up-to-date manner.

However, the venue provider should not publish a listing:

  • Contain terms or descriptions unrelated to the content offered,
  • Containing an abusive use of keywords,
  • Directly or indirectly directing to a site other than the website http://native-spaces.com,
  • Including an e-mail address and/or telephone number in the description and/or title,

Regarding photographs, the venue provider must not insert photographs containing:

  • one or more links to an Internet site,
  • a telephone number or an e-mail address,
  • an illustration/representation unrelated to the space offered.

2. Conditions for dereferencing

If the venue provider does not respect the above-mentioned conditions, his listing will be deleted by NATIVE SPACES.
