The villa is nestled inside a beautiful landscaped park of 2500 sq.m planted with numerous and unique Mediterranean spices of trees and a typical Moorish fountain with a seating area.



Less than 8mn walk from the private beaches and Juan les Pins downtown.

20mn from Nice airport and 15 mn from La Croisette by car.



The villa and the garden are officially classified « outstanding and protected» by the french authorities



A spacious living room , a dining room, a sound proof home theatre room, 3 kitchens fully equipped with high quality appliances, 6 spacious and unique rooms with own private bathroom. A huge living room with a dining/snooker table. 3 magnificent terraces over 70, 80m2 and 100m2. 2 private garages with remote controls.



The main house ground floor offers a magnificent terrace of more than 80 m2 under colonnade crowns an entrance door "art deco" with a typical mosaic floor "Roaring Twenty", ceiling height of more than 5 meters.



On the second floor you will find a large living room with a dining table / snooker specially designed for private or professional receptions with a second fully equipped kitchen (surface 70M2) adjoining an extraordinary terrace of more than 100 m2 with pergolas) overlooking the bay of Cannes and benefiting from sunshine throughout the day.
