Additional rules
The Lessee undertakes to respect the rented premises and to return them in identical condition, not to introduce dangerous products, not to install devices endangering the safety of the occupants of the building and not to disrupt the tranquility of the building. He must keep the use of the rented premises within reasonable limits.

Parties in the apartment are prohibited. The tenant is informed of the presence of sound level meters connected to the building manager.

The organization of events is possible under conditions. Contact the host.
The bringing into the apartment or onto the terrace of any furniture or equipment is conditional. In particular, the bringing of parasols, blinds, pergolas, tents, gas bottles, barbecues, candles is prohibited.

The terrace parasols and the balcony blinds have opening and closing by remote control or switch. The Lessee undertakes to close and strap these parasols and blinds every evening whenever the wind is greater than 45km/h. (Parasol value: €10,000/unit).

The swimming pool has an alarm. This alarm will have been checked the day before the keys are handed over. The Lessee undertakes to leave this alarm on and will notify the manager of the slightest malfunction.

The tenant is required to provide free access to the apartment for swimming pool maintenance personnel.

The apartment has air conditioning. It is forbidden to leave it operating with windows and bays open. The rental price includes daily electricity consumption of €25. Any additional expenses will be deducted from the deposit.

Please close and lock the front door each time you pass through.

Illegal downloads are prohibited. In the event of proven fraud, your contact details will be transmitted to the competent authorities.

Any breach of these internal regulations will result in the non-return of the deposit.

Cancellation fees are strict. However, cases linked to an administrative ban caused by Covid 19 will benefit from great flexibility.
