Family apartment on the 1st floor but giving the impression of being on the ground floor since the 35m² terrace and the 120m² garden are above a parking lot. We see the garden from each room of the apartment. The outside is really very quiet, we can hear the birds and it is important for us to respect this calm. You can fit 4 or 5 people in the living room and 6 people at the table in the kitchen, 8 at the table on the terrace. The apartment is very bright. You have a bathroom with toilet. If you need to have access to the children's bedrooms for shootings or videos, please specify because otherwise I take advantage of our children's bedrooms to "store" the surplus and free up a little space for your meetings.
The kitchen is available, please also specify if you plan to cook so that I can free up space in the refrigerator.
There are 4 of us living full time in this apartment.
The apartment is located in the 17th arrondissement parallel to the city of flowers, hence the calm. But it is even quieter than in the city of flowers because behind the walls of the gardens are the backyards of the houses of the city. We are 5 minutes walk from the Brochant and Guy Moquet metro stations, 10 minutes walk from line 14 Gare Cardinet.
