Located in the heart of the creative district on the island of Nantes, our studio is a raw concrete creative space. It is completely modular to adapt to each event.
The studio also offers a selection of designer furniture available for rental.

Cancellation

Moderate - Moderate: cancel more than 14 days prior to event to get 50%* refund of the price (full booking amount) and more than 30 days prior to get a 90%* refund of the price

Minimum Hours: 2hrs

Day: €500

Half day (~4h): €300

Additional Information

Price for a professional event: €575 excluding VAT
Price for a professional event + furniture rental: €700 excluding VAT
Price for a special event: €500 incl. VAT

Booking Deposit

On Booking: 50%
