In a haven of greenery and woods of 2 hectares on the banks of the Rhône in the immediate vicinity of the city center of Lyon, our apartment is a floor of an old residence from around 1750, with a porch on the main facade, a terrace, a garden and vegetable garden of 1000 m², and a wood of half a hectare.

Quiet, bright and sunny, the apartment has a view on one side of the Rhone to the east, and on the greenery and the woods on the other side. It is composed of 4 large bedrooms, a living room with a library, a large living room with fireplace, a large kitchen with a central island in a former winter garden.

The renovation and decoration took place in 2019, and were carried out by an architect and a decorator, with a mix of vintage furniture, from the 50s but also contemporary with bright colors, totally modular.
