1. Housing policy:
- The number of occupants cannot exceed the reception capacity, i.e. 15 people.
- Establishments are not equipped for electric car charging and travelers are prohibited from recharging electric cars on indoor and outdoor household sockets.
Travelers will be charged a supplement of €70 per car recharged in our establishments.
- We inform our customers that any external service provider does not have access to our establishments. This includes: home chef, DJ, food truck, baby sitter, cleaners, etc.
- The tourist tax is given as an indication at the time of booking; it is the rate in force at the time of the stay which applies.
- My Holidays in Provence offers all these services internally in exclusive mode.
We work with trusted service providers that we know, that we have tested, who are qualified, certified and above all insured. In addition, they have an exclusive contract with MHP concierge which is very important for us in the event of any problem.
Furthermore, My Holidays In Provence cannot be called upon or responsible for any financial commitments made directly with a service provider whose access to the property has not been authorized. Only My Holidays In Provence invoices the services provided on site.
- Vacationers must clean the accommodation of their waste, empty the refrigerator, do their dishes before departure.
- The accommodation is non-smoking, outside the premises ashtrays are available to you, it is strictly forbidden to throw filters on the ground.
- Animals are not allowed: this clause if not respected would cancel the contract without notice.

An uncollected deposit of €1,500 will be requested by SWIKLY 7 days before your arrival. Only the amount of damage that could be caused could be retained.
An entry inventory must be signed by the holder of the rental contract or by the person designated by release.
An exit inventory will generally be carried out by the concierge and must be signed by the contract holder or the person designated by discharge. The in-depth inventory will be continued by the house cleaning team who will have up to 5 hours after departure to report the damage noted.
All damages noted and not reported on the state of entry will be confirmed by the vacationer
If items are damaged by the vacationer, they will be charged for the amount of the repair. For non-repairable items, the vacationer will be charged the replacement value without obsolescence.
Cancellation

Strict: cancel more than 30 days prior to the event to get a 50%* refund of the FULL booking amount (not deposit)
