Total cancellation:
The customer can cancel the event without charge up to 90 days before the event.
In this case, the security deposit collected by the hotel upon signature of the contract will be fully refunded.
- Between 90 and 60 days before the event, 50% of the projected amount will be charged.
- Between 60 and 30 days before the event, 70% of the projected amount will be charged.
- Less than 30 days before the event, 100% of the provisional amount will be charged.


Total cancellation:
The customer can cancel the event free of charge up to 90 days before the event.
In this case, the security deposit received by the hotel upon signing the contract will be fully refunded.
- Between 90 and 60 days before the event, 50% of the estimated amount will be invoiced.
- Between 60 and 30 days before the event, 70% of the estimated amount will be invoiced.
- Less than 30 days before the event, 100% of the estimated amount will be invoiced.

Cancellation

Strict - Strict: cancel more than 30 days prior to the event to get a 50%* refund of the price (full booking amount)
