On the plates, the grilled blue lobster rubs the pan-fried foie gras with chanterelles and the unstructured lemon tart ... a whole program!

Wines from large wineries and local producers accompany seashells that are savored in the sand facing the Bay of Cannes and the Lérins Islands.

On the beach, in the sun, cocktails are sipped in the shade of parasols comfortably installed on the beds and deckchairs.
