Located 10 minutes from the city center, this villa and library built in 1881, is a listed historical monument as well as its gardens of Mediterranean, tropical and Asian origins.
It's a magical place for exceptional events:
During the Cannes Film Festival and major conventions, the terraces and gardens of the library can be rented for the organisation of your receptions: cocktails, buffets and meals. There is a dance floor and a special setting appropriate for projections and film premiers, fashion shows, product launch and promotions, brand activations ...

The gardens can accommodate up to 1000 guests, whereas in the villa up to 50 guests can be seated.
