A shop right on the Croisette at No. 31, between Yves St Laurent and Dolce and Gabbana Home, and the Palais and the Grand Hotel . It is perfect to set up as a shop or exhibition space or to use for events and entertaining. It is currently running as an Art Gallery so also perfect to host cocktail parties.

There is 55sq metres of blank canvas to create your own activation. There are two large windows as well as a large facade to present your branding. The space inside is all white walls so can easily be transformed into whatever your event requires.

At the rear of the shop there is a good sized storage area and space to set up a coffee station or small catering space and it also has a sink and Fridge/Freezer. The space is fully air-conditioned and there is a guest WC.
