It can be reserved and set up for private events, private dinners, showrooms or small meetings. For a private dining setup, you will have the opportunity to discover the cuisine of Chef Arnaud Tabarec, a globe-trotter who proposes a menu inspired by his travels but also prioritising local and fresh market-bought produce.

Studio Hertrich & Adnet was selected to direct the interior décor and it was they who created the concept of a motionless journey, or 'voyage immobile'.
