HIGH-END EVENTS

When it comes to organising an event, venue hire is usually one of the biggest expenses. In 2022, organisers are increasingly looking to hire unique venues in order to meet health and security measures. On average, private individuals spend around 3500€ to hire an event venue but they are prepared to increase their budget when it comes to celebrating a one-off special occasion. After a 2-year hiatus in the events industry, companies need to increase their visibility to clients and partners by making a big impact on the side-lines of major international events like MIPIM or Cannes Lions. The average budget for a one-day corporate rental is €20,000.

SMALL GATHERINGS

Following the various lockdowns and restrictions related to the Covid-19 pandemic, organisers are cutting back on the number of guests invited to events. Both family celebrations and corporate events bring together around 40 people on average, in a more intimate setting.

THE NEED TO RECONNECT

Companies want to bring their employees together in person to allow them to reconnect. By bringing people together, they are aiming to promote cohesion among team members, some of whom started to work together during the pandemic. More and more companies are switching to teleworking or working on a remote basis with employees now located all over the world so organising a face-to-face event allows employees to feel the energy of the group which in turn contributes to the company’s corporate culture.

OUTDOOR MEETINGS

Rental applications are mainly for outdoor spaces, both in order to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19 and to break up the monotony of endless Zoom calls.
